1. 研究目的与意义
研究背景：
近些年来，人们对法律及建设法治国家的关注度逐渐提高，越来越多的学者投入到法律话语的研究中。这些研究主要包括传播学、国际政治学、外交学、历史学、教育学等几个传统视角。近年来开始出现基于批评话语分析、认知语言学和语料库语言学等理论对法制建设话语的研究。然而，根据现有文献，对改革开放四十年以来中国法制建设话语的批评性分析研究较为不足。鉴此，本研究从语料库语言学与概念隐喻视角来研究改革开放四十年以来中国法制建设话语，以揭示话语背后蕴含的意识形态动机及其国家利益诉求。

研究内容：
本研究课题综合运用语料库语言学、批评话语分析等学科的理论与方法，自建语料库，从概念隐喻视角出发,对改革开放四十年以来中国法制建设话语进行研究。
1)语料库、概念隐喻理论为批评话语分析工具的理据。
3. 研究方法与步骤
研究方法：
（1）文献资料法：根据“概念隐喻”，“语料库”、“批评性话语分析”、“标注”等关键词查阅的改革开放四十年以来中国法制建设话语建构，完成文献研究的前期准备工作。
（2） 通过Wmantrix4.0标注工具对自建语料库进行分析研究。
